What are some ways your business is rebounding from the effects of COVID-19?

COVID-19 forced our transition into a more simplified and streamlined business. We have been rebounding by focusing on our business approach and transitioning to a new, simplified version of Bake Me Treats. We are so happy with this new direction and feel that COVID-19 helped to push our business toward an important next step. Getting to that step feels like a huge victory after all the turbulence.

What’s been the reaction from customers so far?

Customers were so excited when we reopened to offer curbside pick-up, which was such a great feeling. Now, we’re also open for walk-in business, while continuing to offer a curbside pick-up option. With our new menu, we have been able to focus on what we are really good at. Lately, we have had more walk-in business than ever!

What impact has the outbreak had on you personally?

My family has stayed safe and healthy during this time, which I am so grateful for. For me personally, the main struggle during this season has been dealing with the effects COVID-19 has had on our business.

What advice are you sharing with the people you love?

I don’t think I have been sharing advice. I have been looking for a lot of it, though!
